The Tufts University Center for Cellular Agriculture is an interdisciplinary research center that develops scientific foundations and technologies for cultivated meat and other cell-based products. It manages academic programs, an industry consortium, and a commercialization lab focused on bioprocess scale, cost reduction, and workforce development.
