Zap Energy
Zap Energy develops compact, scalable fusion energy systems that utilize sheared-flow-stabilized Z-pinch technology to confine and compress plasma without the need for magnets or lasers. The company is actively working to commercialize this fusion technology through its test platforms and reactor design, and has announced a parallel effort developing small fission reactors to build a supporting supply chain, aiming to produce carbon-free, clean energy.
